Menu Plan Monday

I’m participating in the All you Grocery Challenge
and am pretty excited to join. I’ve tried my best
to stay within the $25 per person deal. So here
is a breakdown of our menu for this week!

Breakfast:

– microwaveable oatmeal w. peaches
– cold cereal w. soy milk
– yogurt w. fruit
– scrambled eggs & biscuits
– pancakes

Lunch:

– peanut butter & jelly sandwiches
– pigs in a blanket
– Cobb Salad
– Leftovers
– grilled tuna,cheese sandwiches

Snacks:

– popsicles
– apples
– grapes
– mangos
– yoplait yogurt

Dinner:

– homemade pizza
– tater tot casserole
– BBQ Chicken (Baked w. Kraft BBQ sauce)
– Tomato Soup w. Grilled Cheese Wheat
Sandwiches
– Curry Chicken thighs (w. frozen vegetables)
and Brown Rice.

Dessert:

– BC Brownies
– Apple Cobbler
